| Location attacks are centered around locating Bluetooth devices and enumerating device information and potentially obtaining information off the device. Bluetooth has a mode which allows the discovery of Bluetooth devices, if not secured it is possible to track devices and enumerate information off a device such as device type, services supported, in some cases retrieve information off the device such as Phone contacts, or push information to a device. It is also possible if a device is 'Hidden' to enumerate information from the device however it would require a by Bluetooth address search to attempt to locate the device initially. |
