In what now seems like a futile excerise Cisco, ISS and Blackhat had staff people rip out Michael Lynns presentation from copies of the BlackHat program guides before they were handed out. Want see the video of the production line?... Well if you do, it takes the form of a 5MB video in Windows Media format. The links started appearing on the Daily Dave mailing list in a thread (here). There are a number of mirrors already:

Shame they wasted the time, effort and money to do this considering what happened.... A real shame... ;)
