So you’ve found that nice Windows Zero Day, want to make some money from it before Microsoft patch that hole. Well you could try eBay, probably will not get you far, but it seems that WSLabi a neutral vendor independent Swiss laboratory, has launched a new international security research marketplace. The marketplace is designed to allow researchers to interact with security vendors, software companies and other parties to exchange the fruits of the researchers labour and the researcher realise the full monetary value of their work. Basically they have opened up a public exploit auction site.
The site has only been open a few days but there are currently four vulnerabilities listed on their marketplace, none of which have registered bids. If your interested, the starting bid on a Linux Kernel vulnerability and exploit coded is only 500 Euros. Want to see more take a trip over to the WabiSabiLabi site here. |
