It seems that the patch released by eEye to remedy the Animated Cursor vulnerability in Windows is flawed and can be bypassed.

Details have been released today that indicate that patch produced by security firm eEye to address the animated cursor vulnerability in Windows can be bypassed, thus rendering it useless.

You can find out more on this release here on milw0rm. It seems that the other patches released over the weekend are at this time doing their job. However, tomorrow will hopefully see the official Microsoft patch.
