Microsoft to Beta Anti-Spyware Tool on 6th January |

According to a leaked internal Microsoft memo found on the Neowin site, Microsoft are to release on the 6th January the first beta of their new Anti-spyware offering. Microsoft who acquired New York-based Giant Company Software and its anti-spyware technology in December 2004, said that the would push out a beta of its first spyware defense in January.
According to Neowin the beta internally codenamed Atlanta has been distribruted within Microsoft and will be released as either a public beta or closed beta on Thursday 6th January. According to the memo Microsoft called Atlanta "new, fresh, and all good".
