Edinburgh University Suffers Mass Defacement |

We think the system administrators at Edinburgh are going to have a crap start to 2005. One of the big defacement archives is showing seventy five plus web sites as being defaced (yes 75+).
Zone-H is currently showing [link] eighty five web sites as being defaced on New Years day 2005. All systems were allegedly Sun’s Solaris and are marked as being a mass defacement which means they could have been the same host. From our quick look it appears they are all the same IP address. |
